WORKING PROCESS FOR VISA APPLY

■ To make an appointment
Please make an appointment by your phone call or inquiry form on this website.
We do an interview at our office , but it is acceptable for us even at your convenient place.

■ Interview
We listen to your situation on Visa or foreign legal affairs and so on.
Considering the consultation result of the interview we explain how to proceed your VISA application or how to solve foreign legal affairs and show you our quotation(our commission amount).

■ Official contract (except Short Term Stay and Extension of period of stay)
Please fill in the contract form.
We regard the contract to be concluded with your deposit of the initiation fee (50% of commission amount).
The payment procedure as follows.

① Initiation fee 

Amount : 50% of commission amount 
Payment to be done by cash or bank transfer at the time that the contract is concluded.


② Balance 

Amount : Balance amount（with the state fee)
Payment to be done by cash or bank transfer as soon as we get the authorization on the submitted application from Immigration Bureau.
However, in case of failing to get permission, we do not charge you for the remaining commission(balance amount).

 

■ Official contract of Short Term Stay and Extension of period of stay

Please fill in the contract form.
We regard the contract to be concluded with your payment of all of the fee (100% of commission amount+the state fee).
The payment procedure as follows.

① All of the fee (100% of commission amount+the state fee)

Payment to be done by cash or bank transfer at the time that the contract is concluded.

 

■To initiate the actual work
①　We prepare the application documents and collect the attaching materials to be submitted.
②　We ask you to sign and seal the documents and submit them to Immigration Bureau. (you do not need to visit Immigration Bureau)

■To get the VISA
We receive the authorization or the Certificate of Eligibility from Immigration Bureau and hand them over to you.   (in this case also, you do not need to visit Immigration Bureau)
